Want to find out how you can get faster in a 5k, 10k Half-Marathon or even in the full Marathon? Did you know that weakness in the hips can cause pain in the knee and also slow you down?

Want to find out how to run smarter, not harder? A mid foot strike is a more efficient running pattern and will allow you to conserve energy.
